About
Having come to Eorzea with little to his name, Lavanda curated a company of similar folks, focused on various aspects of making Eorzea a better place. Lavanda chose to open a cafe, free of charge for folks who need a chance of rest and respite. Named Grandma's House after Lavanda's grandmotherly tendencies, the cafe is open to all regardless of race, society, class, or social status.

The cafe owner and operator, as well as baker, Lavanda Kha is an Au Ra of the Steppe who has come to Eorzea and found a new life and purpose here. A bleeding heart, Lavanda quickly found himself putting forth entirely too much of himself to help others.

Valtia Camoa
The reluctant manager, Valtia was convinced into assisting at the cafe as a way to meet more people and perhaps restore their lost memory. Usually, it results in them restraining Lavanda's unending generosity.
Rules
1. This is your Grandmother's house. Lewds of any variety (explicit outfits, conversations, etc.) are asked politely to be kept out of the venue. We are all adults, and conversations can veer as such, but we are not an explicit NSFW venue. If a staff member requests a conversation be moved to Party or DMs, please do so.2. Bigotry, Hatred, Homo/Transphobia, Racism, Sexism, Etc. are grounds for actions up to and including automatic removal and blacklisting. Education will be provided, but repeat offenses will not be tolerated.3. Sharing is Caring. There are various shared items in Grandma's House, notably the stage. Please share these items, and please speak with Staff of the night for organizing use of the stage.4. RP Lite: While this is an RP venue, it is not required. If you'd like to roleplay with others, please turn on your /roleplaying tag to indicate as such, and please do not badger those without the tag.5. Staff have the Final Word. In matters of dispute, where a situation is deemed to be harmful to other patrons or merely getting quickly out of control, Staff get the final say. Appeals for a Staff decision will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and generally in DMs to allow adequate discussion.6. We reserve the right, for the protection of our Staff and Patrons, to remove and blacklist individuals at our discretion. This is never a decision made as vindictive or personal punishment.
